Tidio is a strong entry point for AI customer support. The free plan is useful, and the paid plans scale gradually based on conversations and AI usage. Lyro is especially useful for answering repetitive questions and reducing simple support workload.
The limitation is scale. As conversation volume grows, costs increase. Larger support teams may need Plus or Premium for custom limits, compliance and advanced analytics. For small ecommerce stores, Tidio is excellent value. For large Shopify brands, Gorgias may be more specialized.
