Kit is built for creators rather than general businesses. The workflow is clean, automations are understandable, and the free Newsletter plan gives new creators room to start. It is stronger than basic newsletter tools when you need sequences and audience tagging.
The trade-off is ecommerce depth. Kit is excellent for creator funnels, but not as powerful as Klaviyo for store purchase behavior or as broad as HubSpot for CRM. For audience businesses, Kit is one of the best options.
